Christie Long

Christie Long is the current head of veterinary medicine at Modern Animal. Christie has over 12 years of experience in the field, having worked as a director of veterinary medicine, chief veterinarian, and associate veterinarian. Christie also has experience as a chief operating officer. Long's experience and knowledge make their an asset to Modern Animal and they are dedicated to providing the best possible care for their patients.

Christie Long received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Christie is certified by Fear Free LLC in Fear Free and by the California Veterinary Medical Board as a Licensed Veterinarian.

They are on a team with Samantha Famous - Head of People, Rosalie Wu - Head of Growth, and Shaw McKean - Head of Brand, Experience, and Insights. Christie Long reports to Steven Eidelman, Founder & CEO.
