Paul Jin Ekwood

Paul Jin Ekwood, RVT has a diverse work experience in the veterinary field, starting with their role as a Manager at Siam Chan Restaurant from February 2012 to January 2016. Paul Jin then transitioned to the veterinary industry, working as a Veterinary Technician at Community Companion Animal Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. Following that, Paul served as a Private Contractor for Wag Labs Inc. from January 2015 to January 2020. Paul Jin gained valuable expertise as a Registered Veterinary Technician specializing in the Cardiology Department at Animal Specialty & Emergency Center (ASEC) from February 2017 to April 2020. Currently, Paul is employed at Modern Animal, where they initially started as a Registered Veterinary Technician from January 2020 to May 2022, before advancing to the role of Veterinary Nurse - Shift Lead in May 2022.

Paul Jin Ekwood, RVT completed an Associate's degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant from Carrington College California-Pomona from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Ball State University from 2011 to 2012, majoring in Biology, General. Paul Jin has also obtained additional certifications, including Fear Free Certification from Fear Free LLC in January 2020 and Registered Veterinary Technician from the Veterinary Medical Board.
