Missy Perry

Missy Perry is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential sales on the Central Coast, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at Modern Broker, Inc. since March 2022. Previously, Missy held similar positions at Hubbell Real Estate Group and Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where responsibilities included matching clients' home or investment needs with personal and financial goals. In addition to real estate, Missy contributed to the Women's Council of Realtors as Chair of Education and Programs and has a background in education as an Agriculture Specialist at Bellevue-Santa Fe Charter School. Missy holds a B.S. in Ecology and Systematic Biology from California Polytechnic State University and an M.S. in Soil Science, Agriculture, and International Development from the University of Maryland, complemented by field research in Sustainable Agriculture at Le Escuela Agricola Panamericana.
