Rich Cortese, FPC

Rich Cortese, FPC has over two decades of work experience. Rich started their career as a Manager at Ritz Camera & Image in 1999 and stayed with the company until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, Rich worked as a Recruiter at Lumea Staffing. Rich then joined Alliance Workforce Solutions as a Recruiter from 2011 to 2013. Rich's next role was at Modern Business Associates (MBA), where they held various positions including Payroll Specialist, Conversion Specialist, Payroll Manager, and Director of Payroll from 2013 to 2022. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Payroll at MBA. Currently, Rich is the Director of Quality Management & Software Configuration at PrestigePEO, a position they have held since May 2023.

Rich Cortese, FPC attended St. Petersburg College from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Political Science. Rich obtained additional certifications including Notary Public from the State of Florida in July 2020, FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) from the American Payroll Association in April 2013, and Life, Health & Annuities from the Florida Department of Insurance in January 2010.
