Kathy Sung

Kathy Sung, MHA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst in the Transformation Office at Optum since January 2023. Previously, Kathy held the position of Project Associate at Children's Hospital Los Angeles from June 2021 to December 2022, and worked as an Administrative Resident at Keck Medicine of USC from March 2020 to April 2021. Early career roles include Front Office Administrator at Pacific Medical Imaging and Oncology Center, Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, and Barista at Starbucks. Kathy also interned as a Research Intern at the University of California, Davis. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Southern California, with additional studies at the University of Sussex International Summer School.
