Annie Cole has a diverse and extensive work experience. Annie is currently serving as the Vice President of Evaluation and Data Strategy at the Modern Classrooms Project, where they lead the direction, design, and execution of research projects and evaluation strategies. Annie has also held the position of Director of Research at the same organization, where they managed multiple research projects and led data collection efforts. Prior to their role at the Modern Classrooms Project, Annie worked as a Research Project Coordinator at Pacific University, managing a behavioral research study funded by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Annie has also worked at the University of Portland as a Program Counselor for Teacher Licensure Programs and a Program Assistant. Additionally, Annie has experience as the Director of Professional Advancement at Oregon Women in Higher Education, a Peer Academic Advisor at Oregon State University, a Notetaker for Disability Student Services at Linn-Benton Community College, and a member of the Residence Life/College Housing Leadership Team at Charis Co-op.
Annie Cole completed their education as follows: Annie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oregon State University between 2008 and 2011. Annie later pursued further education at the University of Portland, where they obtained a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from 2016 to 2018. Following this, they completed their studies at the University of Portland again, earning a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Learning and Leading between 2018 and 2021.
