Carlos S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both software engineering and finance. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Modern Climate since May 2019, Carlos has previously held roles such as Senior Software Engineer at Ackmann & Dickenson and Software Engineer at The Medical Memory. Carlos co-founded Arden Reed, an innovative custom menswear company, where responsibilities included executing co-marketing campaigns and bringing the company concept to fruition. In the finance sector, Carlos served as a Latin America M&A Analyst at Barclays Capital, successfully executing over US$40 billion in deals, and began their career with positions at Lehman Brothers and KPMG. Carlos holds a degree in Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
