Jeffrey Rohl Sphr

Jeffrey Rohl SPHR, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Modern Disposal Services, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Jeffrey held significant leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at GENERAL PHYSICIAN, P.C. from April 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading the HR function and implementing related programs. From September 2007 to January 2017, Jeffrey was Director of North American Human Resources at Livingston International, overseeing a team of 12 HR professionals and managing acquisitions. Prior experience also includes Senior Executive Compensation Consultant at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Director of Compensation & Benefits at Greatbatch, Inc., and Director of Compensation positions at Ahold USA and Tops Markets, LLC. Jeffrey holds an MBA in General Management from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Canisius University as well.
