Lauren has 12 years of experience in strategic finance. She brings a combination of project management, corporate business development, FP&A and financial modeling skills to Modern. Prior to joining Modern, Lauren held roles in Strategic Business Development, Investor Relations, and Cost Finance at The Home Depot. She began her career in the equity investment banking arm of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, now Truist.
Lauren has a proven track record of change management, executive presence, project leadership, and deep financial analysis. She uses data to build processes that improve profitability and efficiency.
Lauren was a Jenrette fellow at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and graduated with Highest Distinction. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
