Nick Hayes

Nick Hayes is a Partner at Modern with over a decade of experience in talent advisory, leadership consulting and executive search, specializing within financial services and their accompanying associations. Nick partners with Board of Directors and Executive Leadership teams to attract and improve talent across multiple functional areas including Lending, Risk, Operations, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.

Prior to Modern, Nick spent 12 years as a Partner with a boutique financial services firm based in New England where he specialized in working with credit unions and their service corporations throughout North America.

Nick earned his B.A. in Corporate Communications from Queens University of Charlotte and his Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University’s ILR School.
