Rachel Kalogiannis

Rachel Kalogiannis is the managing director of Modern Executive Solutions' global HR practice. Rachel has over 17 years of experience in executive recruiting, human resources, and governance.

Rachel began their career as an associate attorney at RICE, AMUNDSEN & CAPERTON PLLC. Rachel then transitioned into the world of executive recruiting, first as a recruiting partner at BESA Recruiting, and then as vice president and division director of recruiting at Tower Legal Solutions. In January 2019, they joined Leathwaite as an executive search consultant, where they worked until December 2021.

Rachel has a proven track record of successfully placing high-level executives in a variety of industries. Rachel is an expert in identifying top talent and has a keen understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the executive job market. Rachel is a strategic thinker and problem solver who is passionate about helping their clients achieve their goals.

Rachel Kalogiannis attended the University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor. Rachel also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing from Endicott College. In addition, Rachel is certified by Hogan Assessment Systems and HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
