Donna Justice

Donna Justice, PCC, MA, is a Certified Professional Coach and Communications Consultant with extensive experience in coaching and communication strategies across various sectors. Since launching JustUs Coaching and Consulting in 2018, Donna has focused on empowering individuals to achieve their potential and enhance their communication skills. Concurrently, as a Modern Health Coach, Donna employs evidence-based coaching methods to support employees' mental well-being and professional growth. Previous roles include serving as Director of Marketing and Communications at UC Davis College of Letters and Science and founding Senior Director of Marketing and Communications at UC Davis School of Education. Donna's diverse background also includes positions in publications management and development with organizations such as Freedom from Hunger and California State University-Sacramento. Donna holds a BA and MA in English from California State University-Sacramento and a Work/Life Coach Certification from UC Davis.
