Kimyatta Holder

Kimyatta Holder is the Head of Compliance at Modern Health. Kimyatta has over 13 years of experience as a healthcare litigator, regulatory attorney, and compliance counsel.

Ms. Holder began their legal career at Alston & Bird LLP, where they represented healthcare clients in civil False Claims Act actions, whistleblower actions, and government investigations. Kimyatta also provided strategic counseling to clients on healthcare fraud and compliance matters, including Stark and Anti-kickback regulations.

In May 2017, Ms. Holder joined McKesson Corporation as Senior Counsel, Regulatory Compliance & Head of Internal Investigations. In this role, Ms. Holder was responsible for McKesson's enterprise-wide Investigations Program, including strategic and programmatic oversight, as well as regulatory and compliance guidance to McKesson's global family of businesses.

Ms. Holder has been with Modern Health since March 2021 and currently serves as the Head of Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that Modern Health complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Kimyatta Holder received their J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and their B.S. from Vanderbilt University. Kimyatta is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and is a licensed attorney in the state of Georgia.
