Nicole Lu

Nicole Lu (Lauterbach), SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Sr. People Business Partner at Modern Health since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at Carrot Fertility, including Sr. HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and People Operations Manager, from April 2021 to April 2025.
