Kat Jercich is a seasoned journalist and editor with extensive experience in the healthcare and media sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at Modern Healthcare since May 2022, Kat has previously held significant roles, including Senior Editor at HIMSS Media, where responsibilities included research and reporting on healthcare technology, co-authoring a newsletter, hosting a podcast, and moderating panels. Prior to that, Kat worked as a writer and editor for Katch Editing and Writing, managing various editorial projects and publications. As Vice President and Managing Editor at Rewire.News, Kat oversaw evidence-based journalism on reproductive health and rights.
