Sara Pereira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits Reconciliation Manager at ModernHR, Inc., since July 2022, Sara oversees the reconciliation process for financial and benefits transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy. Previously, as the OWNER and CEO of InoveBen, Sara established a third-party HR department and provided strategic recommendations on HR policies to senior management. Sara also held the position of Corporate Benefits Manager at Ânima Educação, where payroll processing and benefits administration were managed.
