Mark Lashinske began their work experience in 1972 as a Prototype Machinist at Aero Manufacturing, where they worked until 1980. In 1981, they joined Modern Industries as the Vice President of New Product Development, focusing on inventing and reinventing ways to create new products for precision manufacturing. Mark also played a role in lean production and provided innovative solutions for customers. In 2019, Lashinske became the Chairman of the NTMA (National Tooling and Machining Association), serving until 2020.
