Wayne Shreve

Wayne Shreve is the current Controller at Modern Industries. Wayne has previous experience as the Director of Finance at TreeHouse Foods from February 2016 to July 2020. There, they were responsible for the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions for transformation (restructuring) project expenses. Wayne also provided Project workstream leaders with financial expertise to guide them in establishing and achieving expense related goals.

From February 2021 to June 2022, Shreve was the Controller at Modern Industries Inc. There, they prepared, reviewed, and issued monthly financial reports including operating statements and annual forecast. Wayne also developed, implemented, monitored and modified financial controls and accounting systems.

Shreve has a wealth of experience in managing finance-related functions for companies. Wayne's experience and knowledge make him an asset to any organization.

Wayne Shreve's educational career began at Mercyhurst Preparatory School. Wayne then went on to study accounting at Penn State University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree.

They work with Michael Persichilli - Sales Manager, Heat Treat & Machining, James Kaschak - Plant Engineer, and Theresa Herrera - Quality Manager. Wayne Shreve reports to Tim Sweny, Co-President.
