Koustav Maity has extensive experience in the ceramics industry, currently serving as Production Incharge at Modern Insulators Ltd since February 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing production as DGM Production, and working in new business development for sanitaryware and technical ceramics, along with R&D and quality control. Prior roles include Technical Manager at Parryware Glamourooms Private Limited, Executive Assistant to the Chief Manufacturing Officer at Aditya Birla Insulator, Deputy Technical Manager at Parryware Roca Private Limited, and Senior Officer in R&D at Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Limited. Koustav Maity earned a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Arts and Ceramics from the Govt. College of Engineering and Ceramic Technology from 1995 to 1999.
