Heather Pelaez is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Modern Law since November 2022. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Donaldson Stewart, P.C. from May 2016 to October 2022 and at ASU Alumni Law Group from July 2014 to May 2016, both as an Associate Attorney. Heather began legal practice as a Certified Limited Practice Student at Garcia and Preciado, LLC in early 2014 and at the Work-Life Law and Policy Clinic at Arizona State University. Early legal experience includes internships at Stanford Law Office and the Diane Halle Center for Family Justice. Heather holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Arizona State University College of Law, obtained in 2014, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government and International/Global Studies from the University of South Florida.
