Sebastian Elawny

Sebastian Elawny is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and business sectors. Currently serving as Principal, Lawyer at Outsiders Law, and Chief Legal Officer at Modern Mining Ltd., Sebastian is involved in the development of an immersion-cooled mining facility in Medicine Hat. Previously, Sebastian held partnership positions at KPMG Law LLP and Dentons Canada LLP, and served as Director at AITC Capital, where Sebastian was a founder. Additional experience includes roles at CPTS, Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, and Aikins MacAulay & Thorvaldson. Sebastian holds an LLB from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc. from City University, Seattle, along with foundational studies at the University of Calgary.
