Lisa Cloutier

Lisa Cloutier has extensive experience in operations and training, currently serving as Operations Liaison, Communication Center Trainer, and Communication Center Team Lead at Modern Pest Services since March 2014. In these roles, Lisa manages a team responsible for incoming client calls, assisting with scheduling, sales, and paperwork review, while also providing coaching and feedback to team members. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Training Store Manager at Yankee Candle Company from July 2003 to February 2014. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Maine Orono, completing studies in 2003.
