Michael Doucette has extensive experience in service and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Service Associate and Service Professional at Modern Pest Services since April 2015. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of House Operations Manager at MIT from April 1999 to April 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and also attended Northeastern University from 1995 to 1998.
