Rania also had a long tenure at Novartis, where they held various roles including Sales and Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager, Associate Brand Lead, Group Product Manager, Sales Manager, Brand Manager, and Medical Information Officer. Rania'swork at Novartis spanned from 2004 to 2021.
Rania Refaat has a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pharmacy from Helwan University Cairo. Rania also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
