Chris Duggan is an experienced Project Engineer at Modern Railway Systems since April 2016, specializing in the modeling of signal sets and code development. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at ION Geophysical from May 2001 to April 2016, where responsibilities included managing electrical designs throughout the product life cycle and providing end customer support. Chris began the professional journey as an Electrical Engineer, overseeing hardware design and system proof of concept processes. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of New Orleans, earned between 1996 and 2001.
