Scott Grott is an accomplished Rail Systems Specialist at Modern Railway Systems since March 2020, with a robust background in managing and engineering rail transit projects. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Senior Systems Engineer and Area Manager, emphasizing technical leadership and project management. Scott's extensive experience includes key positions at Bi-State Development, where responsibilities encompassed general management of the MetroLink Light Rail System and operations oversight. Additional significant roles include Deputy Manager of Operations at Stacy and Witbeck, Inc., Chief Engineer at the Bi-State Development Agency, and managerial positions at GE Transportation Systems and Harmon Industries. Scott holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and an AAS in Electronics Technology from Southwestern Illinois College.
