Scott Richardson

Scott Richardson is a seasoned professional in the fields of design and education, currently serving as the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Richardson Design since January 1994. As a Partner at Modern Smart Homes since January 2015, Scott has also taken on an academic role as a Visiting Professor and Interim Chair of Interior Architecture at the Cleveland Institute of Art for the 2023-2024 academic year, having previously taught as a Visiting Instructor in the Department of Interior Design from 1997 to May 2012. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate at Fitch from May 1991 to January 1994. Scott holds a BFA in Interior Design and Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art, earned between 1986 and 1991.
