Kayla Clibborn

Kayla Clibborn is a creative professional with extensive experience in project management and editorial roles within the publishing industry. Currently serving as Creative Production Manager and Project Manager at Modern Star Pty Ltd since September 2023, Kayla's prior roles include Senior Project Editor and Project Editor at Hinkler from September 2019 to July 2023, and Senior Editor, Licensed at Parragon, where project managed licensed children's titles for high-profile brands such as Disney and Marvel. Kayla also worked as a freelance writer, contributing to children’s and adult illustrated gift books for various publishers, and holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries in Journalism, Media and Communications from Queensland University of Technology.
