Dion started their career in the US Navy as a Storekeeper/Purchasing Agent and has held roles such as Recruiter at Good Samaritan Hospital and Senior Technical Recruiter at Applied Research Solutions. Currently, they serve as a Principal Technical Recruiter at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best candidates and develop effective sourcing strategies.
