Dwayne Paro has over 30 years of experience in information technology, including roles as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. Dwayne is also the author of "The Empowered Veteran" and the founder and coach at Landmark Life Coaching, emphasizing empowerment for veterans. Additionally, they have held positions at The Huffington Post, Maden Technologies, ManTech International Corporation, and the US Air Force.

Dwayne Paro earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University from 1995-1998. Dwayne then went on to complete their Master of Science (M.S.) in Cybersecurity at Virginia College from 2009-2010.
