Richard Justice

Richard Justice has a comprehensive work history in business development and program management. Richard held roles such as Vice President of Business Development at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) and Director & Vice President Business Development at WBB, where they managed programs like GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services. Prior to that, they served in various program management roles at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB), Northrop Grumman Corporation, and the United States Air Force, overseeing significant defense acquisition programs.

Richard Justice earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Virginia Military Institute in 1982. Richard then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee Space Institute from 1986 to 1990. In 2005, they completed their education with a Masters of Strategic Studies from Air War College.
