Tami Hrivnak

Tami Hrivnak is an experienced software technology leader and human resources officer with a diverse background in software program delivery, innovation, and military service. Currently serving as the Software Technology Leader at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. since September 2024, Tami previously held the position of Vice President of Software Program Delivery at Raft, managing over 250 engineers and consultants across multiple Agile software development teams for government customers. Tami's expertise includes leading Agile DevSecOps initiatives, notably as the Innovation Officer at NATO Allied Command Transformation, where Tami established the first NATO Innovation Lab. Earlier roles include product management at KPA LLC, product operations at Mission Essential Personnel, and various positions in the military, showcasing a strong foundation in software architecture, project management, and leadership. Tami holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Denver and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Security and Intelligence, Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs.
