Patrick S.

Patrick S. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and previously as Senior Software Engineer at Modern Treasury since November 2021, Patrick has demonstrated leadership in engineering teams. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Data Axle from July 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Data Axle Platform Engineering Team and significantly enhancing platform capabilities. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Reccenter, where Patrick was the Lead Architect for a subscription video streaming platform, and Teaching Assistant at Integrative Biology, providing educational support in plant biology. Patrick also contributed to water and carbon cycle research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Plant Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Systems, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
