Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer, CMA has diverse work experience in various financial roles. Steve is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Modern since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Viterbo University starting from January 2013. From April 2006 to April 2022, they held the position of General Manager/CFO at Brickl Bros., Inc. where they were responsible for overseeing financial operations. Steve started their career as a Controller at the same company from April 1996 to April 2006. Before that, they worked as the Vice President, Finance & Controller at Master Asphalt Company from July 1992 to April 1996. Their earlier experience includes working as a Credit Manager at Minnetonka National Bank from July 1990 to July 1992, where they were accountable for commercial loan portfolio credit quality and yield.

Steve Fischer, CMA has an MBA degree from Viterbo University. Steve also holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, they are a Certified Management Accountant, which they obtained from the Institute of Management Accountants.
