Tim Douros

Tim Douros is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate governance within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. As of September 2022, Tim serves as Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property at Moderna. Previously, Tim held key legal leadership roles, including Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Taysha Gene Therapies, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel at bluebird bio. Tim's tenure at Cubist Pharmaceuticals saw significant contributions as Vice President, Chief International Counsel, where Tim managed the establishment of international operations and guided corporate strategies that fostered substantial business growth. Tim holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Dartmouth College.
