Andhini Amanda Putri has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andhini started their career as a Finance Staff at AJ Sequislife in November 2011 and worked there until March 2012. Andhini then transitioned to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive from April 2012 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for brand development in the fragrance and cosmetic industry, specifically for brands such as Aramis, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY Fragrances, and Lab Series Skin Care For Men. Andhini'sresponsibilities included reporting directly for all sales and marketing activities, as well as creating marketing strategies, promotions, and media plans. Since November 2015, Andhini has been employed as a Marketing Executive for the Beauty & Body Product division at Amway Indonesia.

Andhini Amanda Putri holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computerized Accounting from Binus University from 2007 to 2011.
