Fitriayu Pramatadewi's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. fitriayu started their career as a Management Trainee at Amway Indonesia in June 2008 and transitioned to the role of Product Specialist for five years. fitriayu then became a member of the Employee Activity Committee from January 2016 to January 2017. In February 2017, Fitriayu joined Amway Journey as a member and later took on the position of Beauty Consultant in June 2014. fitriayu is currently working at Amway Indonesia as a Brand Experience professional, where they have been involved in community development projects, led the Mooncake Launching project in 2020 and 2021, and led the mini size product project in 2019, which involved market analysis, product launch concepting, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing proposals. Fitriayu also worked as an English Coach at Danaprivate from January 2008 to June 2008 and had a summer internship at Medison Hair Clinic from November 2005 to February 2006.

Fitriayu Pramatadewi attended Deakin University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Human Resources Management. In addition, they also pursued a Diploma of Commerce at the Melbourne Institute of Business & Technology from 2003 to 2004. Fitriayu Pramatadewi has also obtained a certification in Negotiation Skills from LinkedIn in February 2023.
