Radinal K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Social Media Strategist Supervisor at Amway Indonesia since October 2018. In this role, they are responsible for managing, creating, and supervising content strategy for social media, video ad, website, online activation, and offline events. Additionally, they occasionally serve as a public speaker for training and mentoring sessions.

From September 2015 to October 2018, Radinal worked at Direktorat Pembinaan dan Perencanaan Tata Ruang, Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang as a Staf Ahli Datin (data dan Informasi) Perencanaan dan Kemitraan.

Before that, in 2014, they were a photographer at Dompet Dhuafa. And in 2013, they worked as a photographer - videographer in the same organization.
