Isabelle Zaninetti

Isabelle Zaninetti is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director for Internal Audit & SOX at Moderna, Isabelle is responsible for developing and managing the company's SOX 404 compliance framework, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing SOX audit initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of International Controller and Director of International Accounting at Roivant Sciences, as well as significant positions at eBay and KPMG, where responsibilities included accounting, audit management, and risk management.
