Patrick Kelley

Patrick Kelley, CRP, serves as the Director of Global Training & Commercial Effectiveness at Moderna, where responsibilities include conducting training programs for new call centers in support of the COVID-19 vaccine launch and managing the training for commercial and medical leaders. Previously, Kelley held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, focusing on training and development, and significantly improved training functions across multiple divisions. Prior to that, Kelley worked at Shire as Manufacturing Training and Compliance Manager, and Boston Scientific, where multiple training initiatives contributed to operational improvements and compliance enhancements. Kelley's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational and Learning Development from Suffolk University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Eastern Nazarene College.
