Before joining the Company, he joined PT Astra International Tbk (2013-2018) as a Chief of Astra Property to assist Astra International in developing new business-line in property sector. With more than 18 years of experiences in property companies, he has in-depth expertise in new township planning as well as strategic land-banking & residential development. In addition, he also proficient in strategic marketing in various residential segments, luxurious apartments as well as mass residentials. David holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture, Parahyangan University, Bandung, and a Master of Science in Urban planning and Design from the Faculty of Architecture, Delft University of Technology, theNetherlands. Currently, he is in his second year working with the Company.
