Herman Goh

Director of PT. Modernland Realty Tbk. (the "Company"), which was approved by the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 5, 2021. He has an educational background in line with his career, majoring Computerized Accounting of Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta (1990 1995). He has deep and broad knowledge with more than 28 years of experience in finance and accounting. Since 1998, he has joined as Finance & Accounting Manager in the Company's subsidiary, namely PT. Prisma Inti Semesta (currently PT. Modern Industrial Estat).In 2009, he served as Finance Manager in the Company, then was trusted as Finance General Manager in 2012. Subsequently, he was assigned to develop a subsidiary of the Company as Finance Director in PT. Mitra Sindo Sukses.Having solid experience for more than 20 years in both the Company’s subsidiaries and holding company, he has qualified expertise in the field of financial planning & operations of property. The Company believes that Mr. Herman's high experience and dedication, supported by strong leadership make him the right candidate for holding the position of the Company’s Director of Finance.
