Aleesha Webb is a financial leader with over 30 years of experience in banking and financial advocacy. Formerly the President and Vice Chair of the Board at Village Bank, Aleesha now serves as the Founder and CEO of LadyBanker™, a platform dedicated to building financial confidence among women. Aleesha's academic achievements include graduate degrees from the University of St. Thomas and the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking, and they are currently on a nine-year educational journey through Harvard with their youngest daughter. In addition to their entrepreneurial efforts, Aleesha contributes as a member of the Forbes Business Council and the YPO Twin Cities board, actively promoting community and leadership development.
