Tyler Sinclair Monteferrante is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in building and managing design teams across various industries. Currently leading design initiatives at Instacart since 2020, Tyler has been instrumental in developing significant business units, including Instacart Health and Carrot AI, while previously enhancing customer ordering experiences. Tyler serves as an advisor to ModeSens and Serif, providing insights on product, design, and brand strategies. As the Head of Design at Ethos Life from 2018 to 2020, Tyler grew the design team and led a successful rebranding effort. Tyler's career also includes impactful roles at Flipboard, where design leadership was pivotal to key strategic initiatives.
