Frank T. Martin

In this role, they coordinated the development of a CARB Fuel Cell Bus Demonstration program and served in an oversight capacity for the implementation of three commuter rail programs in Northern California (ACE, Caltrain, and Capital Corridor).

Before their work in Miami-Dade County, Mr. Martin was the Vice President of Contract Management for First Transit from January 1978 to May 1987.
