Jim Cheetham

Jim Cheetham is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Security Specialist at Modica Group and as the Dunedin ISIG organiser for isig.org.nz, Jim plays a pivotal role in public information security engagement. Co-creator of OneRNG, a hardware solution for entropy gathering, Jim initiated the project and established core security principles, while also having a history as an Information Security Analyst at the University of Otago. Previous positions include Director at Inode Limited and Enterprise Architect at Information Gateways Pty Ltd, along with significant roles at Unisys and Egressive Ltd. Jim holds a B.Sc(Hons) in Information Systems Design from Kingston University.
