Larisa Holzner's work experience starts in 2007, when they worked as an intern at Cross#Contacts, where they were involved in event planning, organizing events for brands like Nokia and PlayStation, and writing articles for print and online media. In 2008, they interned at RTL Television. In 2010, they worked as a temporary assistant at Morf Dynamics Ltd. and also interned at rbb. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a reporter at WinkBall, conducting interviews and reporting from events such as football games and music festivals. At Klarna, they served as a Senior Manager in PR/Marketing from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Larisa became the Managing Director and Owner of Hotel Märkischer Hof, where they managed day-to-day operations, revenue management, budget planning, contract negotiations, and employee training. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they had to give up the hotel in March 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the CEO of GreyStay. In April 2022, they became the Director of People & Culture at MODIFI. Throughout their career, Larisa has demonstrated strong organizational skills, structured management style, and experience in various sectors such as hospitality, marketing, and media.
