Norm Golm

Norm Golm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, engineering, and new product development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Modine HVAC, Norm previously held the position of Owner (President) at Floor Coverings International, where significant success was achieved even during the pandemic. At Big Ass Fans, Norm acted as Sr. Director of Engineering, overseeing innovative product launches and engineering teams. Notably, at Regal Beloit, Norm held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Innovation and Master Black Belt, managing extensive R&D and NPD projects across various global markets. Norm's career began at GE Motors and Controls, where responsibilities spanned product development and engineering management roles. Norm holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and Purdue University Fort Wayne.
