Rich Lahue

Rich LaHue has a diverse work experience dating back to 1986. Rich spent a significant portion of their career at Modine Manufacturing Company where they held various senior principal engineer roles. Their responsibilities included designing and maintaining HVAC ventilation products, supporting manufacturing, service, parts, and sales, and ensuring compliance with UL, California, and Massachusetts certifications. Rich also worked on powertrain cooling projects and supervised the relocation of engineering departments. Prior to Modine, LaHue served in the US Army Reserve, holding leadership and staff positions and deployed to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Rich also worked as a design engineer at Bergstrom Inc, Dunham-Bush USA (now Yinlun TDI LLC), and MKI, Inc.

Rich LaHue earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
