Błażej has held various positions such as CEO, Co-founder, Principal Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Their expertise includes system architecture, back-end infrastructure, and software development. Additionally, they have experience in customer support and Linux system administration. Błażej also worked as a laboratory assistant and software engineer at DTU - Technical University of Denmark and participated in several research activities and projects.

Błażej Pawlak has a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computer Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they received in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy in 2008. Błażej completed their secondary education at VI Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich from 1998 to 2002, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a field of study during that time. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in IBM Z(R) Pervasive Encryption and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2018.
